Since the time I dreamed of redo! With my food blog, I seek even more reason to prepare good things canape at home. It's almost a duty! Joking aside, I am a true fan of profiteroles with gorgeous canape chocolate sauce, fresh cabbage and vanilla ice cream. Mixing textures, canape flavors, it's a blast on your plate, especially when the profiteroles are accompanied by roasted almonds and hot chocolate sauce boat galore ...

Prepare the choux pastry as I explain HERE with only half of the ingredients. You can also choose to make the entire recipe to make the other half chouquette version! With the pastry bag (8mm socket) train your sprouts.
Pour the last moment still hot chocolate sauce and sprinkle slivered toasted almonds. canape Serve immediately available with chocolate sauce for the sweet tooth !!
